Our original friending meme was getting pretty overwhelmed, so I thought now would be as good of a time as any to get a new one started. If you have the time and inclination, feel free to go back through the introductions and comments at the old post. It seems like there was a good amount of meeting and greeting going on, which was very nice to see. Hopefully it will be just as successful the second time around!

Fandoms: I'm more of a lurker than anything else, but I do consider myself "in fandom." Transformers has been my main fandom for a while now, but recently I've been sort of moving away from that and branching out. I'd love to meet people who love Avatar: the Last Airbender and The Guild, as I've just started getting into them recently, and I want to get more involved in their fandoms! I also generally stick to anime fandoms; the ones I currently follow with great interest are Durarara!!, Evangelion, UC Gundam, and Legend of the Galactic Heroes. You'll probably also see me geek out about music a lot as well.

Other Interests: Writing, reading (especially poetry and manga/graphic novels), politics (especially issues regarding environmentalism, social justice, and indigenous issues), yoga, languages (especially Italian and Japanese), hiking, photography, maybe a couple of other things that I'll get interested in soon enough. ;-)

What people can expect to find in your journal: Mostly RL stuff, especially life at college (I'm a senior at a liberal arts school in New England), followed by memes (tons of them!), linkdumps, and posts about music. You won't see fannish stuff a lot --- but I'm hoping to get more involved in fandom in the near future.
