Our original friending meme was getting pretty overwhelmed, so I thought now would be as good of a time as any to get a new one started. If you have the time and inclination, feel free to go back through the introductions and comments at the old post. It seems like there was a good amount of meeting and greeting going on, which was very nice to see. Hopefully it will be just as successful the second time around!

Name: Tentatively going by Nex (I'm open to suggestions, lol), but I will also answer to Eowyn, which was my LJ username, though I was using it as a handle long before LJ.

Age: 26

Fandoms: Formerly Buffy the Vampire Slayer (trying to cut back). I don't really consider myself "fannish" about most things, but I am happy to chat about Mad Men, Chuck, New Who, The West Wing, Veronica Mars, Dexter, and Lost, which I am just watching for the first time.

Other Interests: Musical theater, reading (SF/F, mystery, historical fiction, memoirs, or whatever my mother's book club recommends), writing, travel, politics, feminism, my adorable kitty cat.

What people can expect to find in your journal: Me blathering about all of the above, plus occasional personal stuff and any other random thing that pops into my head. I've been posting pretty regularly lately and hope to keep it up, if working full time and grad school don't eat up all my time.

Heh, in my last post, I threw out a bunch of possible explanations for what's going on, some serious, some joking. And the comments I got were all enigmatic "You'll find this amusing someday" responses, lol.

My new hunch is that ALL my theories are right. Simultaneously. :)
