Is LJ (Russian or English sector) having another DDOS attack?

If so, I wish they would make a status report and say so.

Yeah, they did cotton onto that idea when they were DDoSed the last time. Could be that the LJ staff posting status updates on Twitter had as little clue as we of what was going on, a case of right-hand-left-hand.

Had to go take "vremennno" to the Russian translator thingy... make it two n's and change it to Russian and it seems to roughly translate as "temporarily".
