Our original friending meme was getting pretty overwhelmed, so I thought now would be as good of a time as any to get a new one started. If you have the time and inclination, feel free to go back through the introductions and comments at the old post. It seems like there was a good amount of meeting and greeting going on, which was very nice to see. Hopefully it will be just as successful the second time around!

Yeah. :( I keep telling myself I don't wanna go to college. Argh. In the end, it wouldn't be worth it if I couldn't avoid math. I'm so horrible at it, you can't even imagine. I'd surely fail. x__x I barely passed the math portion of the GED exam (which I got after dropping out).

Fandoms: I'm not deeply into any fandom, but I am a huge fan of Supernatural at the moment. II guess the Manics are my other fandom, really. I'll be a Lord of the Rings fan forever.
Other Interests: The Manic Street Preachers, things to do with mental health (especially eating disorders), other music ( the Killers, the Smiths, Placebo, Muse, Brand New, the Pixies, the Goo Goo Dolls, Garbage, Hole, Snow Patrol...)
What people can expect to find in your journal: Most of it is just stream of consciousness ramblings. I can be really long-winded and prone to negativity.
Anything else: I've been playing Wizard101 lately. I enjoy making jewellery and urban exploration when I can, but lately I've been a bit out of sorts due to a dramatic increase in my depression. Before an implosion in the group, I was involved with my local SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) chapter. I'm quite shy, sorry. :x I was sleepflowered on LJ.

I reread it last Yule, and then Heksemesteren and Sagnet om Lysets Rike this summer. They are so very cliché and the language repeats itself, but she drags me in every time... :~)

Hello!

My favorites are Within Temptation and Delain; also fond of Nightwish. We Are the Fallen isn't symphonic metal but damn close. I'm always looking for new symphonic metal groups (male and female leads).

Ooooh, I love Nightwish too. <3 I listen to some Within Temptation, though I don't like them as much.

I also really love After Forever, and highly recommend them. They're pretty similar to Nightwish, and Floor Jansen has an AWESOME voice.

I also enjoy Therion. They're pretty interesting in that... it's literally symphonic metal. They equally combine both orchestras and choirs with metal to create this epic sound. Theli, Secret of the Runes, and Vovin would be some great places to start as far as albums go. They used to be an 80's style death metal band in the beginning, so people new to the band need a little direction. XDDD
