I don't bother with a posting client, since we can crosspost to other journals such as LJ directly from the DW posting interface.

You can add LJ journals to your reading list as a feed, but it won't pick up locked posts. They'd like to pick up locked posts as well for those who have access to them, but not until they find a non-evil/non-privacy-borking way to do it.
