OK, you're a hipster. But that designation is meaningless. Every so often I find myself (heh) either in front of or behind a gaggle of people trying to talk about whether something is "hip," and I keep having to strangle the urge to explain to them that the truly "hip" do not carewhether or not something is "hip." They do or wear or read or watch or write what they want because they want to. [This train of thought was shunted onto the rant track and loaded with sociological crap, so I derailed deleted it.
