Photo hosting

Does anyone know if a photo hosting feature is still being worked on and what sort of priority it might have? I searched around the site for a while, but couldn't find anything that seemed current (off the top of my head, I figured this would a good place to ask, since I've frequently seen "Scrapbook" as a reason for people to not have migrated from LJ yet.)
